BUDGETING & PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENT

Do you plan to create your operating budget outside of your accounting software in a program such as Microsoft Excel? I can provide guidance through creation or fix problems retroactively. With my excellent attention to detail, I am very adept at collapsing or expanding line items as needed while maintaining data integrity. I can analyze prior year data for you and look for patterns to assist you in establishing accurate revenues and expenses for your organization in its various departments/areas. Are you thinking about transitioning to a program-based budget that is tied to performance metrics? I can guide you through that analysis and assist you in developing measures that are SMART and linked to your divisions/departments and their associated functions/funding streams. I have worked with annual budgets ranging from $1.5 million to $287 million in many different formats/styles. Accrual, modified accrual and cash budgets are all welcome!

RISK REDUCTION

Assessing hazards, vulnerabilities, risks, ability to cope, preparing coping strategies, and preparing a risk reduction options implementation plan for the local community or organization.

TOWN/CITY PLANNING VISUALIZATIONS

Do you have new buildings, roads, bridges, parks or gateways/signs that are being proposed in your community that you want a quick visualization done for so that those voting or approving can have the full picture? I work with actual photos from your community in multiple Adobe platforms (such as Photoshop, Designer and Captivate) to produce visual representations of proposed projects (with voice-overs where appropriate) to show and describe the intentions and specifications.
